Thank you so much for my new windows. I am writing to tell you that the three widows you installed last Friday on the porch to my condominium look great and really make a difference in the inside temperature.
I don’t know if you remember, but back along October, I called you frantic because my son was bringing home a new baby and we tried everything to try to get the temperature of the new condominium we had just brought to stay warm. We had already tried a new furnace without success. I was hesitant as you were the only facility that was authorized to change the windows, per our homeowners association. I hate when I don’t get a choice. Anyway, Dave came out that evening and demonstrated your product and explained the procedure. He was on time, professional and very patient as I had a lot of questions. I signed up to get new windows that evening.
Then the next morning I panicked. I was financially not ready to do all of the windows in the new house. We really needed more time to regroup. Never fear, I called you and you came up with a game plan. We would do the porch windows first and then we could do the rest as financing allowed.
Well the porch is done and I regret not doing the whole thing. WOW is all I can say. I have to say that your product does exactly what Dave said it would do. They look absolutely wonderful, but that isn’t what sold me. The difference in temperature in our home is perfect. No longer will we be paying to heat the outside and my new granddaughter and her family will be comfortable winter and summer.
I can’t thank you enough for everything. I will be calling you in the next few weeks to complete the project. If anyone should ask, please feel free to have them call me for a reference, I can’t wait to complete the whole condo. It is going to look and feel great. If I should have to sell the place down the road, your windows will make selling it a lot easier.
