Thank you so much for my new windows.  I am writing to tell you that the three widows you installed last Friday on the porch to my condominium look great and really make a difference in the inside temperature.

I don’t know if you remember, but back along October, I called you frantic because my son was bringing home a new baby and we tried everything to try to get the temperature of the new condominium we had just brought to stay warm.  We had already tried a new furnace without success.  I was hesitant as you were the only facility that was authorized to change the windows, per our homeowners association.  I hate when I don’t get a choice.  Anyway, Dave came out that evening and demonstrated your product and explained the procedure.  He was on time, professional and very patient as I had a lot of questions.  I signed up to get new windows that evening.

Then the next morning I panicked.  I was financially not ready to do all of the windows in the new house.  We really needed more time to regroup.  Never fear, I called you and you came up with a game plan.  We would do the porch windows first and then we could do the rest as financing allowed.

Well the porch is done and I regret not doing the whole thing.  WOW is all I can say.  I have to say that your product does exactly what Dave said it would do.  They look absolutely wonderful, but that isn’t what sold me.  The difference in temperature in our home is perfect.  No longer will we be paying to heat the outside and my new granddaughter and her family will be comfortable winter and summer.

I can’t thank you enough for everything.  I will be calling you in the next few weeks to complete the project.  If anyone should ask, please feel free to have them call me for a reference, I can’t wait to complete the whole condo.  It is going to look and feel great.  If I should have to sell the place down the road, your windows will make selling it a lot easier.

My next contact with your company was Nicole. She was very professional in calling me to set up appointments for the measurements of my bathroom and my windows. Steve and Elena were scheduled to renovate my bathroom. They arrived on time and when they left, you would never have known they were there. They left everything in order; I did not even realize they had been there. Steve went the extra and called me at work to say that they were finished and that my bird “Ruddy” was okay. Your window crew did an equally awesome job with my windows. Again, they arrived on time and went right to work. They were in and out in no time but the windows were done and they look wonderful. The sign you left in my yard has generated some questions from my neighbors and I have advised them to call Capital Remodeling Inc. for any of their home improvement projects. One of my neighbors commented that she saw the window crew arrive in the morning and by the time she came home for lunch they were done. She was really impressed and said she would definitely give you a call for an estimate. Great job!!

            I have never had such a wonderful experience with a corporation who works with as much class as Capital Remodeling Inc. 

            I felt good about Capital Remodeling Inc. from the time the sales rep walked into my house and made the presentation through the day the Capital Remodeling Inc. employee came and measured for the windows.  He was so reassuring about it all.  From the phone calls to set up the appointment to the Capital Remodeling Inc. follow-up call to see if everything was done to my satisfaction, well it was!  It was!  It was!

            And I must mention as well, about the 2 very professional installers that Capital Remodeling Inc. sent out.  They were very quiet and efficient throughout the entire day and completed the job in a very timely fashion.  They cleaned up so well, and took such great pains with my belongings as if they were their own.

            This is my first home and my first experience with getting new windows and a sliding glass door.  I have been living in my home for over 5 years and the windows that were in the house when it was built were getting very bad.  After I scheduled a meeting with a Capital Remodeling Inc.             I am writing you to inform Capital Remodeling, Inc. just how pleased I am with the Greatview windows they installed in my home last month.  The ease of performance and removal of the sashes is extraordinary.  Not only are they more attractive than the originals, I no longer have a ten to fifteen degree temperature difference between the floors of my home.

            I would also like to comment on my pleasure with the Capital Remodeling, Inc. install process.  The two Capital Remodeling, Inc. installers were prompt, courteous, quick, and clean.  Most importantly they did the job correctly.  In less than eight hours Capital Remodeling, Inc. removed and replaced all thirteen windows without a hitch.  They probably would have finished much quicker except my next door neighbor kept interrupting them with questions regarding the incomplete and sloppy job done seven days prior on his home by a local hardware store’s contractors. 

            Once again, I am very appreciative of how wonderful things with Capital Remodeling, Inc. turned out.  My attitude is much nicer now that I wake up to a comfortable temperature in my bedroom and don’t have to cringe when I look through the window to check on Mother Nature.

We live in a home that is about 15-20 years old and it still had the original windows.  Some of the windows were cracked, others the wood had began to deteriorate, and still we had one on the upper level that the pane was broke out.  Not a pretty sight at all.

In our older model home the lower level had always been drafty some days down right cold but since Capital Remodeling, Inc. installed the new windows not only has it improved the outer beauty of our home most importantly we have felt a drastic change on the inside as well.

For instance, here in Richmond, Virginia the weather is very iffy and this particular day it was pretty warm during the day so the heat was turned off, but the temperature dropped late that night down to the low thirties, so when I woke up the next morning I was a little chilly, I then remembered the thermostat had not been turned back on.  Before we had new windows installed by Capital Remodeling Inc., with our old windows we would not have noticed that the thermostat was not on before I had gone to bed.
