Capital Remodeling Inc., the excellent job on my recent home renovations

Dear Capital Remodeling Inc.,
I would like to thank for the excellent job you did on my recent home renovations. It all started with the excellent marketing and introduction to your company by Sean. Sean called before arriving for my scheduled appointment. He arrived on time, and had everything he needed to introduce me to your company and your product. He did an excellent job of explaining the process to me and giving me the confidence that Capital Remodeling Inc. would be the company that I would choose to make my home repairs.
My next contact with your company was Nicole. She was very professional in calling me to set up appointments for the measurements of my bathroom and my windows. It was always a pleasure to speak with her and she was very flexible in setting up appointments that worked around my busy work schedule. I appreciate the attention that she gave to my projects.
Steve and Elena were scheduled to renovate my bathroom. They arrived on time and when they left, you would never have known they were there. They left everything in order; I did not even realize they had been there. Steve went the extra and called me at work to say that they were finished and that my bird “Ruddy” was okay. We both got a chuckle out of that but that shows what wonderful workers you have working for your company. Thanks, Steve and Elena, for my wonderful bath. I am sure I will get many years of great use out of it.
Your window crew did an equally awesome job with my windows. Again, they arrived on time and went right to work. They were in and out in no time but the windows were done and they look wonderful. The sign you left in my yard has generated some questions from my neighbors and I have advised them to call Capital Remodeling Inc. for any of their home improvement projects. One of my neighbors commented that she saw the window crew arrive in the morning and by the time she came home for lunch they were done. She was really impressed and said she would definitely give you a call for an estimate. Great job!!
Thanks again Sean for your professionalism and attention to detail. I am enjoying my new bath and the new windows are already making a different in the way my house feels. I am sure my heating and cooling bills will be less this year.
